At Printgen.in, all products are made-to-order and personalized according to the text, photos, names, and customization details provided by the customer.
We are committed to delivering high-quality personalized products and providing support in case of genuine issues.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products in accordance with the policy settings configured in our store and Google Merchant Center. However, due to the personalized nature of our products, returns are approved only under the conditions mentioned below.
Eligible for Return / Replacement
You may request a return or replacement if:
- The product was damaged during transit
- The product has a manufacturing defect or printing defect
- You received an incorrect item different from your order
- The product received is materially different from the approved customization submitted by the customer
Non-Returnable Situations
Because all products are custom-made and personalized specifically for each order, returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:
- Incorrect size selected by the customer
- Spelling mistakes or incorrect customization details submitted by the customer
- Change of mind after order placement
- Minor color or print variations caused by screen/display settings
- Normal variation in placement, alignment, or scaling within acceptable production tolerance
- Products that have been used, washed, damaged after delivery, or returned without original packaging
Return Window
- Customers may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery
- The product condition accepted for returns is only new, unused, and unwashed products
- Return requests submitted after the return window may not be accepted
Reporting a Problem
To initiate a return or replacement request, customers must contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
- Order ID
- Clear product photos
- Packaging images
- Unboxing video (recommended for damage claims)
This information helps us verify and resolve the issue quickly.
Return Method
Approved returns are accepted by mail/courier return only.
If a return pickup or shipment is approved:
- The product must be securely packed
- Original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included
- The item must remain unused and unwashed
Return Shipping & Fees
- No restocking fee is charged
- Return shipping charges for approved defective, damaged, or incorrect items are covered by Printgen.in
- For non-defective approved return cases, customers may be required to ship the product back as instructed by support
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
Where applicable, we may instead provide:
- A replacement product, or
- A refund if replacement is not possible
Refund Processing
Once the returned item is received and verified:
- Approved refunds are processed within 5โ7 working days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during purchase
Order Cancellation & Modification
Orders cannot be cancelled, edited, or modified once production or printing has started, since all products are customized specifically for the customer.

All products sold on Printgen.in are personalized and produced on demand. Because of this, return requests are carefully reviewed to prevent misuse while still protecting customers in cases of genuine defects, damage, or incorrect fulfillment.
