Returns Policy for Customized/Personalized Products

1. No Return or Exchange Policy

All products offered by Printgen.in are custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order based on the customer’s input (including text, design selections, photos, and size choices).
Accordingly, we do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances, except as expressly provided in Section 3 of this Policy.

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Incorrect size selection by the customer
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Variations in color/print due to display settings
  • Customer-provided errors (spelling mistakes, incorrect photos, wrong customization details)
  • Personal preference or expectation differences
  • Courier delays (refer to Section 4)

Once an order is placed, it is immediately processed for production and cannot be cancelled, altered, returned, or exchanged.


2. Customer Responsibility for Personalization Inputs

The customer is solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all personalization details submitted at the time of order, including:

  • Names, text, and spelling
  • Photos uploaded
  • Sizes and color selections
  • Design choices

We shall not be liable for replacement or refunds arising from customer-provided inaccuracies.


3. Eligibility for Replacement or Refund

A customer is eligible for a replacement or refund only in the following circumstances:

  1. The product received is damaged;
  2. The product is defective; or
  3. The product delivered is incorrect (i.e., not the design or item ordered).

If any of the above issues occur, the customer must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographic or video evidence of:

  • The damaged or defective product; and
  • The outer packaging and shipping label.

Failure to report the issue within the specified timeframe may result in the claim being rejected.

Upon validation of the claim, we will, at our sole discretion:

  • Replace the product with the correct or defect-free item; or
  • Issue a refund.

4. Delivery Delay Policy

Printgen.in relies on third-party courier and logistics providers for shipping. While we aim to ensure timely delivery, we do not guarantee shipping timelines.
Therefore, refunds, returns, or cancellations will not be processed due to:

  • Courier or logistics delays
  • Weather-related delays
  • Operational issues of delivery partners
  • Any other circumstances beyond our direct control

Delivery delays do not constitute grounds for refund or return.


5. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved pursuant to Section 3, it will be processed within 5 working days to the customer’s original payment method or designated bank account. The timeline may vary depending on the payment provider’s internal processing schedules.


6. Condition of Items for Inspection

For claims of damage or incorrect delivery, the product must be returned (if requested) in its received condition, including:

  • Original packaging
  • Tags and labels
  • Invoice and order details

Used, washed, or altered items will not be accepted for inspection or replacement.


7. Contact & Support

To file a claim or request support, customers must contact our customer service team and provide:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Required photographic/video evidence

Our support team will review and determine the appropriate resolution as per this Policy.


8. Amendment of Policy

Printgen.in reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this Policy at any time without prior notice. The version published on the website at the time of order placement shall apply.
