Since all our products are personalized and made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed. Each item is custom-made based on your design, size, and personalization details, making it unique to you.
However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or with an error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we’ll gladly help resolve the issue.

Q: How can I place an order?
A: Simply choose your product, select the size and color, upload your design or add your personalization details, and click Add to Cart. Once you’re done shopping, proceed to checkout and complete your order securely.
Q: Can I customize my order before placing it?
A: Yes! Most of our products are fully customizable. You can upload your own design, photo, or text directly on the product page before checkout.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major debit and credit cards, UPI, Net Banking, and Wallet Payments through our secure payment gateway.
Q: Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
A: Since our products are personalized and custom-made, Cash on Delivery is not available. All orders must be prepaid to begin the customization process.

A: Yes. Once your payment is successful, you’ll receive an order confirmation email or WhatsApp message with your order details.

A: Most personalized orders are dispatched within 2–4 working days after order confirmation. Delivery time usually depends on your location — typically 5–8 working days across India.

A: Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders across India — no minimum purchase required.
