3. Order Processing
- Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days.
- Customized orders cannot be modified or cancelled once processing has begun.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- We offer free shipping across India.
- Estimated delivery time: 4-8 business days from the date of dispatch.
- Delays caused by couriers, holidays, or external factors are beyond our control.
5. Returns & Refunds
- Due to the personalized nature of our products, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
6. Cancellations
- Orders can only be cancelled within 6 hours of placement. After that, the order enters production and cannot be cancelled.

- All designs, content, images, and branding on Printgen.in are the intellectual property of Printgen or their respective owners and may not be used without permission.
8. User Conduct
