At Printgen.in, all products are made-to-order and personalized based on your selected text, photos, and design.

🔁 6-Day Return Window

We offer a 6-day return window from the date of delivery.

Returns are free of cost for eligible cases.

✅ Eligible for Return / Replacement

We accept returns or replacements only if:

• Product is damaged during delivery
• Product has a manufacturing or print defect
• You received the wrong item

❌ Not Eligible for Return

Since all products are customized, returns are not accepted for:

• Incorrect size selected by customer
• Spelling or personalization errors provided by customer
• Change of mind after order placement
• Minor color differences due to screen variations

⏱ Report Within 48 Hours

To request a return or replacement:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Share:
  • Order ID
  • Clear photos or unboxing video
  • Packaging images

Requests made after 48 hours may not be accepted.

🔄 Replacement & Refund

• We will first offer a replacement product
• If replacement is not possible, a refund will be issued
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method

📦 Return Conditions (if applicable)

If return pickup is required:

• Product must be unused and unwashed
• Must include original packaging and tags

All items are custom-made.
Returns are only accepted if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

🚫 Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once production has started.
